Here are a list of websites that are extremely good physics resources for many of the topics that we will learn about:
TutorSpree - This website includes a variety of subjects. It has some great information on topics we will cover this year, and also includes practice problems. Just click on the "physics" link on the right side of the page to see tutorials/practice problems by topic and subtopics. this site is constantly being updated so be sure to check it often.
Hippocampus.org - This website has many great resources, including videos from Khan Academy (these are videos of physics lessons) and simulations from PHet.
Go to physics -> general physics to find resources for each physics topic.
This site also has great simulations that follow our textbook by page number!
Honors Physics - click "textbook correlation", scroll down to "Physics: Principles with Applications (5e)" by Giancoli. Resources are sorted by page number in textbook
CP Physics - click " textbook correlation", scroll down to "Holt Physics" by Serway/Faughn. Resources are sorted by page number in textbook.
Physics videos - There are videos featured on this site for almost everything we will cover in this course - good to use if you need help on homework, extra help on the subject, or to use as review.
Hyper Physics - An EXTREMELY useful resource! Check it out!
Physics Classroom - This website provides lots of helpful information that can be used throughout the year. Click on the "Physics Tutorial" link on the left on the page, and simply look for the physics topic you want to learn more about.
Physics.org - This website provides great information about physics resources, various physics professions, physics organizations, and current physics news. Check it out!
Physics in Pictures - This is a Flickr website that shows all of the physics topics we will be covering in picture form. Very cool.
